When I became a mum I knew that my sleeping pattern would change, but I didn't anticipate by how much and how cranky I would get after an interrupted night's sleep. I must say I do miss it, especially the long leisurely lie ins. I'm a big fan of sleep! I now get around 6-7 hours a night which isn't too bad considering it is the amount most of us get. We usually watch TV before going to bed and apparently my most annoying habit is pinching the covers off Nathan, oops. Take a look at the interesting infographic below. I think you'll be surprised!
